Our delicious lavender syrup is handmade on the farm using pure cane cugar, our own lavender buds and lemon peel.
We present the syrup in 8oz swing top glass bottles.
Our syrup should be kept refrigerated and used within three weeks as it contains no artificial preservatives (just a little lemon).
Lavender syrup is wonderful used in:
- Whipped cream
- Sparkling water
- Sorbets and Ice cream
